Majestic Horse Floats
Overview
Majestic Horse Floats has a rich, 80-year history of providing first-class travel and care for horses across New Zealand. To better serve their clients and showcase their unwavering commitment to equine welfare, they sought a digital platform that matched their esteemed reputation and streamlined their booking operations.
With an 80-year legacy of excellence in equine transport, Majestic Horse Floats needed their website to mirror their first-class service. We saddled up to deliver a comprehensive web solution, combining impactful visuals with robust functionality to enhance their digital presence and operational efficiency in the New Zealand market.
A key part of bringing the Majestic Horse Floats experience to life online was capturing their dedication through authentic imagery. We organised and art-directed a professional photoshoot.
The core of their new digital presence is a custom WordPress theme, designed and developed from the ground up. This wasn't about off-the-shelf solutions; it was about crafting a unique online experience tailored precisely to Majestic's brand and the specific needs of their clientele.
A standout feature of the project is the custom-developed booking system. Understanding the complexities of equine transport and the need for a foolproof process, we engineered a solution that simplifies bookings for customers and streamlines management for the Majestic team.
The Laravel-powered booking form offers a straightforward, step-by-step process for clients to reserve transport for their horses. It’s designed to be intuitive, reducing friction and making it easy to provide all necessary details from any device, ensuring a smooth start to their Majestic experience.
